We worked with Mila on a pretty complex closing in 2021. The property had major issues and limitations that prevented the closure, which the seller’s agent did not disclose in a timely fashion, hence we realized we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage just before we were about to close. However, Mila made this closing happen by being extremely diligent, working closely with our mortgage broker, association board and the real estate agent from the buyer’s side. The seller’s lawyer did not do their part of this deal, but Mila pulled it off for both parties and honestly did magic. We wouldn’t have closed on this property if it wasn’t for her!
